Needed it quickly due to an integrity issue I needed to investigate. As many have said, setup can be tricky, but the key for me was making sure the phone volume (not the ringer but the music volume) was on, as the WiFi setup actually sends beeps from the app to the device. I didn't understand and had problems with the app and wifi setup, so I contacted the seller and they solved my problem very quickly. Pros: Excellent resolution and infrared support. The app works great once setup is complete. I like the detailed video quality and motion detection settings. Excellent way to view both live and pre-recorded clips so you can watch them on the go (as long as the device stays connected to your local Wi-Fi, the phone can be anywhere in the world) Cons: Setup was a bit tricky, but only because of that I didn't understand why loudness was necessary. The phone is very good, but at least it is functional. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and I think this device performs better: the video quality is better, the application integration is better, and the motion detection sensitivity is better than any previous product I've tried here.
