Great Analytics Tool For Small Businesses
The best thing about 20/20 is that it has so many different features that can be used for any business size or need. It is very easy to use and navigate. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a great analytics tool. There isn't anything in particular that I dislike about 20/20, but there may be something that I haven't discovered yet. If you are looking for a robust analytics tool that will give you all the information you need, then 20/20 is definitely worth considering. We have been able to see trends in our business and make changes to improve customer service.
Pros
- This program provides everything from one source! Its super convenient because we dont even really know how much time could've saved us by just buying 1 software instead 2 separate ones like most businesses do today..It's amazing when your running late with an assignment at school; You might not think twice before pulling out some apps off Google Play Store which contains pretty good stuff.but they're way too expensive compared what these programs cost..and its also hard finding them online
