Excellent product! I would give 6 stars if I could. On the first batch, the paper towel holder on the main top plate was broken. unhappy because I took everything out of the box to take care of the details. After trying to request a replacement through Revain, I found Winsome's support email address on their website and explained the situation. Because I just want to get this top sent to me and not have to pack everything up and send it back because that would be a real problem. The representative I spoke to on the phone was understanding, instructed me to fill out a replacement form which turned out to be the instruction manual itself (clever!) and within 5 working days the replacement arrived, reinforced with all safeguards in place. Time around the thinner hand of the paper towel. It turned out that someone really thought of the packaging this time to solve my problem, which I really appreciate. Once I assembled it in about an hour, voila, a beautiful kitchen trolley! It moves well and feels premium and the chopping board that comes with it is a thick block which is probably better than most of our chopping boards! This cart gave me much needed space in my apartment kitchen and was the perfect solution. Highly recommended!
