Device works very well. I read other reviews and agree with the warm water. If you use cool or cold water, it takes almost 10 minutes to heat up. Use semi-hot water and shorten the time. Other reviews stated that the plastic ribs on the bottom hurt feet. I can agree if you have sensitive feet this can be annoying. My feet are pretty rough, that was good. Small massage on the back of the device. Again, if your feet are sensitive, this may not be ideal. My experience with it is very good. There are many bubbles, heat is retained. I am very satisfied with this product. I would recommend this, but first consider how sensitive your feet are.
