These boots with hoops are as described and the color is exactly the same as the picture. The quality is pretty good and the finish enhances the look of the boot and most importantly protects the edges from abrasion and wear. I find they run a size small compared to other ankle boots so I order a size up when I need a pair. I use them on front and back legs.
