Pleasantly surprised!
I have long hair and didn't think it would hold up my hair. Especially when they arrived and looked so small! But they really work! It's a little looser than I'm used to, I wear good elastic hair bands but they keep them comfortable and don't leave me with a ponytail. I wear them when walking but when I run I would probably wear nice elastic ties. After they have stretched, they are shrunk again with warm water or a hair dryer. I was pleasantly surprised by this product!
