This pup worked great for 3 days then shorted out and the fuses blew. I have a small off grid cabin and based on the reviews this inverter would be perfect for my needs. For most of the year I kept my power consumption below 200W, so my goal was an efficient 600W inverter. I was so happy with 3 days off that I even bragged to my friends about how efficient this little guy is. Thanks to my Honda 2200 alternator, I survived my 3rd weekend in the showroom! Still waiting to hear from Australia after they said "Don't worry you have an 18 month guarantee :) I need an inverter so I had to buy another brand and hope for the best!" When and if they live up to their 18 month warranty and send me a replacement, I will keep it as I have also noticed the barcode label on the box ends with "System Emergency" this may indicate that the inverter is not designed for normal use.
