OK, normally I would advise people to try something small BUT since it's a lot cheaper to get a large size (about $7 difference for double the size). (at least when I bought it a few days ago) I'd say go for the bigger PRO: SUSTAINABILITY - tremendous for me - NOT all protein powders 'sit' good I can have heartburn and a ruptured esophagus INGREDIENTS - god I know what that is, and there are few. BLENDS - I don't feel gritty or floury with this. It's very smooth. It fits well. PRICE - AGAIN more than a month (I drink smoothies almost once a day) VERY affordable in great TASTE! "What's the use if you don't like the taste?" THIS is my favorite vanilla protein powder. O&S If you like powdered peanut butter like I do (I love the flavor, not the fat, and there are some great powdered non-fat peanut butters out there!), add some vanilla. Delicious! Adds even more protein and not as many calories or fat. CONS: I can't think of any. I've tried many protein powders and came back to this one.
