I've had this case for almost two years now. I've dropped my iPod countless times and still no damage. My only complaint is that the top corner of the outer case broke off above the camera, but that was because I removed it from the iPod. The blue has also become more turquoise but I'm not too upset about that as it's been used for a couple of years now. The back support is very useful. The case protects the device easily and I'm not worried at all if I drop my iPod. I highly recommend it and promise you'll never have to buy another case again
