Review on Nathan James Rolling Cocktail 2 Tiered by Maria Marshall

We received our bar cart and tried to put it together and knew immediately something was wrong. The instructions say the bar cart takes about 30 minutes to assemble and we hit the one hour mark. After some careful research, we were able to determine that one of the parts was not properly finished. I emailed Nathan James customer service, sent photos and got an immediate response from them. They apologized, helped us and sent us a replacement straight away - without the hassle of sending our faulty one back (which Revain would require of us). We received our new rod cart in a couple of days and put it together in less time. over 30 minutes and now we are enjoying our car. It looks great, it's good quality, and the instructions were fun (there were some nice jokes) and clear. I highly recommend this product and their customer service!
