We love our bar cart and get so many compliments. Our first purchase had 2 identical items. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a brand new car, not just the part I was missing. We received our bar cart and tried to put it together and knew immediately something was wrong. The instructions say the bar cart takes about 30 minutes to assemble and we hit the one hour mark. After some careful research, we were able to determine that one of the parts was not properly finished. I emailed Nathan James customer service, sent photos and got an immediate response from them.
