The main benefit is that it allows you to have all your data centralized, so if there's an issue or error we can correct them across our entire organization at once! It also helps us keep track of who did what work by looking up each individual person within their account. Sometimes I wish they would make things easier when using certain functions (like creating new tickets). For example sometimes it takes me several tries before getting something right while trying to create a ticket from my computer vs mobile device. Also, some fields are not available through other applications which makes integrating systems difficult as well. We use this software primarily for tracking projects/tasks throughout multiple departments.
