Overall good program- needs improvements in many areas but overall useful

The main benefit is that it allows you to have all your data centralized, so if there's an issue or error we can correct them across our entire organization at once! It also helps us keep track of who did what work by looking up each individual person within their account. Sometimes I wish they would make things easier when using certain functions (like creating new tickets). For example sometimes it takes me several tries before getting something right while trying to create a ticket from my…

Great tool for monitoring employees

I like that you can manage all your projects from one screen so it is easy to see where everything stands at any time. Nothing really as far as this software goes but I would say if there was an option to add more fields or make some changes it could be better overall. We are able to keep track of our work orders and ensure they have what we need when we need them. There isn't anything specific right now that i dislike about the program other than its not very user friendly (i wish it were)…
