Review on SECURE® Denture Adhesive Comfort Strips by Janett Schweizer

I just bought a box of them to replace the cushion grip which is no longer on the market. I have a serious problem with a painful lower prosthesis and also with retention. I use a soft lining that works really well but isn't enough to make me completely comfortable. I always had to put some cushion grip on top. And denture adhesives don't work for me because none of the ones I've used (well almost all) work with soft liners. They hold your prosthesis in place for about 30 minutes and then dissolve completely. So I saw this sure thing and decided to try it, not really believing it would work because right on the box it says it's not for those with soft earbuds. I got desperate when the Cushion Grip was pulled from the market to find something so I figured it would be best to try something I haven't used yet. I'm amazed I placed this strip in my lower denture about 4 hours ago. I ate peanuts with no undue pain and no chunks of peanuts under my plate. I was drinking water and working on a project so I kind of forgot about that deal. When I finished my project, it dawned on me that my prosthesis was still hard in my mouth. They are very expensive depending on how long the strip lasts but I am so happy at this point. I can't imagine they don't suit anyone. I am amazed that there are so many negative reviews. I can only wonder if they really follow the instructions.
