I like the fact that you can profile how you want it to work with different applications. However, these settings get corrupted over time (I don't know if it's updates or something) so you have to keep recreating the profiles. Poorly. The rocker switch that works in conjunction with the scroll wheel is also broken, the scroll wheel still works. What bothers me the most is the visibility of the software menu. Developers think it's "cool" to make menus small and almost unreadable. The background and text are almost the same color and the font is small; suitable for teenage and 20 year old eyes but almost impossible for my "middle aged" eyes. Overall it works most of the time but I don't believe in its durability and definitely won't buy another product from this company if the current one sheds the remnants of its spirit. Addendum to the comment: I give up. The thing itself changes its parameters, for example, the direction of scrolling is reversed. I'll find the best product tonight and assign it to a ring file.
