You want to like it, but there are real problems with the equipment
The shelf itself is strong, the abs are pleasant to look at. The hardware parts are insufficient and of poor quality. Also, one of the screws holding the post was missing, so it had to be secured with wire as we didn't have a screw that small. A 5 minute install became a 45 minute because we had to buy the right hardware from the store. I was tricked by the high reviews, but you can get a decent towel rail MUCH cheaper and easier to install at Target.
