This product has two critical design flaws: 1) The water bladder water filter is missing, clogging holes above the honeycomb pad, resulting in rear water leakage (solution); Put a tiny filter in the water tank above the honeycomb to a point just past the water pump tube. 2) The amount of water drained through the water pipe into the lower water tank after the honeycomb cannot be drained, resulting in water leakage in the back wall (solution); Remove the back panel and cut the water drain pipe to the point where the bottom pipe lines up with the Max. simply because the water line is too long to be drained, increasing the volume of water in the lower tank. If you do it as DIY, this product works very well, like 5 stars.
