I like that they have an easy to use interface for users who want feedback from their customers but don't know where or when exactly in which state of mind those people were during certain events with them (ie - if someone was happy/satisfied etc).
They also provide great analytics so we can see trends within our business over time as well understand customer sentiment towards us overall! It's hard sometimes though since there isn’t always enough data points available per month depending upon seasonality / holidays vs other months without any special promotions going around; however this doesn't seem too bad either considering all companies struggle here regardless due date differences between countries & regions across world wide markets such US + EU+UK combined versus Japan alone compared against India only market size wise?
