Best Call Center Software Solution, with excellent customer service

The ability for our call center agents who are in remote locations have their own access via smartphone or computer as well has the agent manager so they can update/edit all of there tickets from anywhere! I don't believe it does anything else but is this enough? We currently use 3rd party software called Callbox which we highly recommend. It was costly per ticket when using multiple reps working off different phones vs archivers giving us the flexibility to assign people where needed around…

  • Ease at switching between devices (computer OR phone) depending how best suited your tasks require you perform them.

Easy way save time managing various marketing platforms

The ability of archiving all my emails through one platform has made life easier for me! I can easily archive everything from SMSs (which are not very important) as well as email communication which is really helpful in terms of saving space - it helps keep your inbox clean!! Reviewing and optimizing current marketing efforts

It has been very helpful in analyzing our social media campaigns for all of my clients as well! The reporting is easy enough if you know how it works but not too hard when we need some help figuring out why certain posts performed better than others or which ones are working best overall vs those who aren't performing so great (yet). I have found nothing bad about this product yet either - would love any suggestions!! You should definitely give your team access now before they make comments…

The ability of collecting all information regarding our campaigns into one place is amazing! Great app and service. Very simple to use and get set up.

After setting up my first account and importing my data into the system I was ready to go. I am loving the weekly updates on my customers activities and how many emails and calls I have had to handle so far. You can even tag each email so you can see who has opened them and who clicked. This has been key in understanding which emails have worked best and which ones didn't. It helps save time by knowing right away if something isn't going to work or not.   • It also has some amazing features such as email automation and automatic segmentation which are both very useful and powerful tools.
