Great app and service. Very simple to use and get set up.
After setting up my first account and importing my data into the system I was ready to go. I am loving the weekly updates on my customers activities and how many emails and calls I have had to handle so far. You can even tag each email so you can see who has opened them and who clicked. This has been key in understanding which emails have worked best and which ones didn't. It helps save time by knowing right away if something isn't going to work or not. Another great feature is the opportunity to send an automated email when your list goes over 1,000 subscribers. This allows you to start collecting additional data about the person without having to manually enter it. Overall I love this tool and would recommend it to any small business looking to make their marketing efforts better.
