So my feet weren't that bad, I usually wear socks and never go outside barefoot. But I live in the desert, so my skin dries out and my heels can get really cracked. I use a durable Puma stone in the shower but I can't get my heels to look good. I have followed the instructions. impregnated. Then leave the booties for 1 hour. I don't know if this is related. But when I finished I felt strange. My vision was off. I looked in the mirror and my pupils were tiny. That has never happened to me. I didn't even take an over-the-counter sedative. Nothing. Today is day 8, peeling is minimal. My heels still have small cracks. But most are gone and they are smooth. (They used to sound like sandpaper in bed) The calluses on my big toes are still there. It's just not that bad. In general I am satisfied. But given the side effects. I probably won't use it again.
