I ordered these based on the good reviews and some savings. I do not mind. I find it a little higher than the PetSafe, but that doesn't affect the function of the door - you just adjust it to hang higher. Others said they needed someone to hold the mount from the inside - which might help - but I pinned the far left corner together (I'm right-handed) and held it with my left hand. AFTER I started this screw, I took the extreme right step and went from there. It was relatively easy. Save a few bucks. This one is a bit thicker and darker. My schnauzer evaluated it and wasn't sure if he wanted to push it, so she noticed the difference in weight. Now that she knows she can do it, she's okay with it.
