This product works and is worth the money. While it's plastic and not of the highest quality, it still delivers the same performance. If you follow the instructions (yes, read the article), installation is super easy and doesn't even require any tools (you'll probably need a wrench to remove your existing shower head first). All shower settings are very comfortable and switching between shower head and manual control is very easy. This time washing the dog was not difficult. Yes if you prefer all metal parts etc spend the money but this product seems to work well. For $40 I'll happily buy another if this one fails, which I won't be seeing any time soon. Hooray!
