great but be careful.

A lot of people said it was awful and first I understood why. You have to find the right direction to remove the fluff and slide along it. Shoot slowly and carefully because yes, it can get caught on loose cords or breakable objects. If you feel like it's not removing anything, go in the opposite direction. Once I got the hang of it, it saved so many sweaters and rugs. I recommend it, but be careful!
