It helps us keep our customers satisfied by making sure we never leave them waiting for more than 10 minutes. I love how they are always working on new updates or features that will add value in our daily work, especially when you receive automatic notifications about everything being updated so there are no unplanned surprises while using their platform. They also have awesome customer service when things go wrong, making sure not to let minor issues get out of hand. All-in-all; we've enjoyed working with this team, it would be good if they could release an offline mode, as sometimes connecting to internet can cause problems. We use their platform almost every day! Even some people who aren't aware what the purpose of their application really know why they should sign up. The platform has an intuitive interface that makes it easy for non-technical users to use. It also provides great insights into user behavior, which helps us improve our product. I have nothing bad to say about this software so far! We are solving problems of data collection in real time from different sources (social media, website analytics). This allows us to create more personalized experiences with our customers.
