Bought about two weeks ago. It worked quite well, I'll be honest, because the combo I/O (3.5mm jack) rarely showed up in the system configuration. Sometimes I had to reboot the mac to make it viewable and usable, to this day I've used it after shutting down the entire system (mac and dock) and at night when I needed to use it again, the option in Die System configuration stopped showing, I think the internal chipset must have burned for some reason, other services work fine, but the RJ-45 connector for wired network, there is a problem connecting the network cable, the App Store does that too an Apple website to never download or view services or downloads, even if Wi-Fi is turned off. I thought that there was a conflict with two types of networks, wireless and wired, but even if they are turned off as indicated before the problem persists, it does not connect to the internet because the application opens normally when that dock is disconnected. I wonder why this quality is not enough to last at least 6 months? The price is not exactly cheap for this chip.
