Why buy anything else? I've been using Meier (original name) and Accu-Gage tire gauges for four decades. I probably always have at least five, in cars/tool box/garage/travel bag (rental car!). Whenever I had a problem with one of them I contacted the company, they told me to return the sensor and either calibrate mine (yes they do) or buy a new one. I tested them back to back with other sensors. I then used my Accu-Gage/Meier again. Buy this.
