When I first opened the package which arrived early (hooray!) I was quite impressed with the beautiful presentation. A lovely bag that also bears the company name, extra rubbing pads (because everyone's body is different) and even a business card with a card saying they value my opinion - you can send it back with comments, suggestions etc. D. . You don't see that very often, so I was impressed. Instructions for correct assembly/fitting are also included. The instructions were accurate although I had a bit of trouble figuring it out. It would be much easier if someone else would help me. One day I noticed how well it made my back very supported, straight and aligned. I later learned to listen to her instructions on how long to wear because I had severe back pain the next day. It was my fault. I used pads because my hands were a bit damp but they fit as expected and my posture has already improved after wearing them as directed for a week. Overall, this is a great product from a company that values their customers' wants, needs, and opinions. It does exactly what it should and fits as it should. My only issue is that I wear it myself which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. This product is perfect for any adult who desires support, alignment or simply improved posture!
