I ordered a set of 2. The first one I installed worked well from start to finish with good clear copies. The second case was a different story. The nib fell to the ground as soon as I took the cartridge out of the box. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that the plastic itself was broken. It may be broken during shipping, but the shipping box and factory box arrived in good condition. The cartridge itself also had good protective packaging, so I was wondering if the factory controls were inadequate or if the cartridge had a design flaw that caused it to break during normal shipping. Unfortunately three months had passed when I opened the broken cartridge and it was too late to return it for a refund or replacement.
