The interface is very easy for even non-technical users from our support team who are not familiar with scripting languages or programming language such as Ruby/Python etc., Our system administrator can setup new rules in minutes by using this tool without any coding skills required which helps us save lots of efforts during emergencies like DDoS attack and other related issues faced while monitoring traffic flows via WAF devices.

We didn't face much issue since we started working together but if there would be some improvement then it could help reduce downtime significantly due too many false positives being reported through out day everyday. It helped me monitor all my servers' network activity around campus so I'm able to identify server misbehavior quickly when something goes wrong within their subnet area.
