Easy to assemble, sturdy, lots of tiers, very happy
Assembly instructions weren't the best, took me awhile to figure out that the screws go into the rods, lol. Also took me a while to figure out which shelf is top and bottom. Instructions recommend that you do the bottom hooks of the magazine holder first and they are right, don't start with the top hooks. Other than the above, assembly was fairly easy, the shelf seems pretty well made and is sturdy, my old plastic file organizer bowed under the weight of my files but I think this one will tackle them no problems.
