I now have four devices and they all continue to work well. I also have a shower model from another company. I like the endless supply of high pressure water. I don't miss the big ugly tank that took up a lot of space and was difficult to move around for cleaning. I will never have another tank/electric model again. This item is also great for cleaning between razor blades and bathroom items. Just be careful because there is no switch here. Reading some of the negative reviews, it becomes clear that some people are giving bad reviews to a product that they shouldn't have ordered in the first place. Product description is clear. Being unfamiliar with the plumbing and faucets installed in the home does not mean it is a bad product. Don't get me wrong, there seem to be valid complaints/reviews. But the people who order this product without knowing if it will work on their faucet are funny. Do they buy random sizes of clothes and shoes hoping they will fit? ------------------Profloss Flosser Hose Length: 42 inches or 106.68 cm spiral hose. Profloss Flosser tube size: OD 4mm or 0.157" or 5/32", inner diameter is 2.25mm, 0.089" or 3/32". So if you want to extend or repair the hose, you need 4mm inner diameter hose or 2mm inner diameter hose for food.
