It helps stabilize my knee but I can't keep it from slipping down my leg. It has some sort of rubber pieces along the top edge that should hold it in place, but it doesn't work. i need suspenders Update: I've found that tightening the top as tightly as possible keeps it in place better. I thought it might cut off circulation but it didn't. I'M NOT THAT strong! I just got back from a 3 mile walk and he hasn't slept.
