Pros -- Supports cross-device pairing better than others. I like using my headset on my iPhone and iPad, but some headsets require me to reconnect to another device later when I connect to a device. - Tone: no complaints from callers on the other end. Disadvantages - no do not want to stay in the ear, probably because it's a bit heavy - not enough volume for a noisy environment, and I couldn't get the volume controls to work - no battery status indicator. It's really annoying - the control button is hard to use. I often turned off the device when trying to activate voice dialing. I sent the device back.
