Charlie is happy with his new jacket

I wasn't sure how good my dog Charlie would be if I let him wear this jacket. We rescued him almost a year ago (he is 2 years old now) and we believe he was abused in his past life. Until recently, we couldn't even buckle it up. He is very nervous, afraid of separation and afraid of his own shadow. But he LOVES receiving his monthly dog subscription boxes, so he was very excited to discover the Revain package was for him. I could put it on him without resistance from him. My only problem was just because of his apparent excitement. I don't know if I've ever seen him so excited and happy. As if he knew he was spoiled. He wouldn't sit still. But overall, apart from the nervous puppy, it was very easy to understand. The zipper didn't sag or get stuck and felt good. You should have seen Charlie jumping and running all over the house. I really think he was happy. It was hard to get him to sit still. The attached photos were taken after some time when he finally calmed down. The vest is lightweight, but I know it will be crucial during our notoriously wet and cold New York winters (got it just in time!). Reminds me of my foldable winter down jacket. Soft and light yet warm. Charlie weighs around 40-45 pounds and has a fairly broad chest. I was concerned that the L55 might be too narrow, but it's actually just too big. I keep it to myself as I think it's easier to put on and take off. Overall, Charlie and I are happy with this vest. He didn't seem to want to take it off! I highly recommend!
