Easy setting. Use every day. There is no heat. Professional result.
Now I teach drums online. And i love it. I use one of these lights for the handheld cam and one for the footcam. Wife uses a third on Zoom while working remotely during pandemic. She shines on her wall and the light reflects off her face. In any situation, these lights give us a nice professional look. You are not hot. You feel cool. Not sure how they will hold up. But cool-to-touch lights often last a long time.
