Review on Planet Wise Hanging Wet Monkey by Clint Blackman

We used this bag in place of a diaper pail so we could just toss washed cloth diapers into a bag until they were ready to be washed. We have used BumGenius pocket diapers and we never ran out of pocket space, we usually washed the diapers every few days so there were probably 12-15 diapers in the pocket, liner and cover. What I liked about the bag more than the bucket was that we could just zip it up and that helped eliminate odors, even after the diapers were rinsed they were pretty gross. Eventually, if washed diapers were left out for a few days, the pouch would begin to absorb some of the moisture into the fabric on the outside, so I would argue that they are not waterproof indefinitely. At this point, however, it was still time to wash the diapers. We always washed our cloth diaper bag the same way. We never used the outer pocket for anything. When full of washed wet nappies it was quite heavy so we could never hang it up, we just left it next to the nappy dispenser so we only had to drag it to the wash when full. I think it has held up well over the years of use.
