I bought this bluetooth headband when it was on sale. I'm glad I didn't spend too much money on her because she's too revealing for me. I have a hard time falling asleep so I bought it so I could sleep and listen to ASMR but I woke up after a few hours because the neckband is so loose. I think it might work for people with a larger head circumference or for people with thick and voluminous hair like my daughter's. As for the sound quality - it's not too loud, it's perfect. I can listen to my audio books and when my kids call me I can hear them. It connected to my device very easily.
