Everyone knows I don't rate shipping. If the box is crushed due to the fault of the carrier, I will never rate the item because of that. And in general I gave this cabin filter 4 stars. Dealer was 29.00 I paid 7.90 for it. 1 end was apart. But this ending was the last and didn't affect the performance. It doesn't look like the original at all. Yes, mine was 14 years old, the previous owner didn't know it was there. Wow what a mess. The airflow is less than half. No air conditioning and little heat. And the smell of the dog was terrible. Plug it in and the fan is happy, the air conditioning clicks and heat pours out great. Yes, it's weak, but better than most. Went well, works well. I would get it again. The last 12-15000 km. Or annually. not 14 lol
