I wear a lot of newsboy-style caps, and this one is a little dressier than most. It doesn't have that annoying "button" at the top where the cap sections are sewn together, and the gold and "crystal" decoration at the side adds just the right touch to wear with dressy slacks. I have a pretty small head, but I just lifted the back panel where the label is to expose the elastic and clipped out a small section & sewed the elastic band back together - perfect fit. (If you can sew on a button, you have enough skills to do this!) Wish I had found this one long ago instead of buying the many casual ones in my closet that get little use.
