Ненавижу писать негативные отзывы, но просто не хочу, чтобы кто-то еще прошел через то, с чем пришлось столкнуться me. I can't return it as I've used it on my floors. I wish Revain had a way to get a refund if the product didn't work, but I didn't try it when I got it so it took too long. I may have received a poor quality product, but for me it was a nightmare. I cleaned and meticulously applied my tile floor to perfection, but no matter what I tried, it left streaks. Then splashes or water leave stains on the gloss that do not rub off. My tiles aren't very smooth, that could be the problem, but I don't need to buy a remover to get my floors looking good again. I have tried different products to remove it but just gritted my teeth and bought a remover to get rid of it for good. A very costly mistake. Please look for an alternative product for ceramic tiles that are not very smooth.
