Review on Lenox Childhood Memories Ballerina Jewelry by Devon Leach

Bought for my granddaughter in December 2016 but didn't give her until her 4th birthday in April. So she lived a little over a year. About 3 months ago we noticed that the music stopped playing after a short time. At the end we just click on the ballerina and we can play some of the music. She is very upset and wants me to buy her a new one. I am disappointed because although this box is very pretty and perfect for a young child who loves ballet flats, it is very small. I feel that for the money paid it could have taken a lot longer. I'm the one who turns it on every night, not my granddaughter, so I know not to over-rev. I will try to contact Lenox to see if there is some sort of guarantee but based on other reviews I don't think they will be of much help.
