Terrible guide! I've spent so much time trying to install it, it's ridiculous. I have a room cutout and it doesn't specify that the wood frame is the same size as the wall cutout. In addition, the screw holes for wall mounting had to be made further. Maybe our drywall is a bit thick or something, but that seems ridiculous. I will try again but this item is almost out of return date and I feel like I may be wasting my money if I keep trying. I will update again soon. Update: I was able to install the cabinet by getting some metal L brackets to create a frame. We have very old wood in our house, so just blocking it with screws didn't work. I got it working and put it in the lock. Looks great, just wish the door opened a little wider. It opens a little over 90 degrees, but a little more would make more sense. This will work fine for what I need now.
