I bought this reciprocating massage gun because it rotates 90 degrees so I can use it on my own shoulder without assistance. It's really great for that. It only takes a few minutes and goes very deep. Much deeper than a traditional massager. This makes the nerves appear to "dig up" in that area, which is supposed to distract the brain and relieve pain. It's like taking painkillers with no side effects. I didn't think a battery powered device would work this well, but it works and stays charged for quite a while. The display shows 36 speeds and the battery level in 10% increments. It only has one button, which probably makes it more reliable, but everything has to be done with that one button. So if you want to turn it on, you have to hold the button for three seconds, then press 36 more times to get to max speed and hold for another 3 seconds to turn it off again. box it came. All attachments have storage space and thanks to YouTube unboxing videos, organization is great. I really wish I hadn't waited so long to get this. Let's see if that holds up in the long run.
