Not suitable for office electronics

Original telephone and replacement device are identical. Both have a white phone cord that doesn't match the phone. The plastic connectors on the ends of the cable do not match the phone. The instructions for both phones were in Chinese. I told the seller about it and he insisted that the instructions are in English. Not so.
