I have had trouble sweating since COVID because the heat of my breath is blocked by the mask at work. This cap fits perfectly, helps keep your head cool by keeping your hair up and out of the way, and there's a band along the forehead that wicks moisture well. The buttons on the sides to hold my mask without the straps around my ears make a huge difference. I am ordering a few more as I need them every day. This is a great product, I highly recommend it.
