Missing parts for rough installation

Certainly easy enough to install. Important details are missing. Union nut and O-ring are missing. There is nothing to hold the cartridge. Ashamed. Parts are not easy to come by. Ordered a replacement and the same thing. NO CAP NUT or O-RING!
