I really like my SleepPhone. I use them to listen to music with binaural beats that help me sleep at night. When I first got them, I had trouble with the small control box because it was very uncomfortable. I rotated the bracelet so the box was on my forehead and that fixed the problem. Since the back of the tape is wider than the front, I can also use it as a sleep mask. The sound quality is good enough for what I use it for. The speakers move a bit, as other reviewers have mentioned, but they stay in place long enough for me to fall asleep and don't move too much, so I don't see this as a major issue. Although the description says it's fleece, the material is much lighter than fleece. It's very comfortable and not hot at all. Overall I really like these night phones and would recommend them to others.
