Ordered a Chromebook on May 5th. Delivery was as promised. That's the only positive. A malfunction was detected in the first week of use. Contacted the seller who advised us to try the troubleshooting suggestions. Being logical, semi-intelligent people, we already tried them before contacting the seller. The seller has "approved" the return. Printed out the documents required for the return and found that we are responsible for the return costs. I sent it back via UPS and the seller received the package on Friday 18th July 2020. Living in the country, I do most of my business online. I have never experienced such customer service. Absolutely unbelievable! Despite texting and calling I haven't heard from the seller. where to leave messages Surely the seller has someone to answer his buyers. Do not buy! Maybe not all of their products are defective, but their customer service stinks! It's Sunday, July 5th, and I don't have a computer or money.
