Very happy with this unit after 1 week of use. MediaGo software is included. I'm using a PC with Windows 7. After installation, MediaGo searches for songs on your computer, including the iTunes database, and creates a library. Then you can just select the songs/albums you want to put into your Walkman - drag and drop, and it works very well and is easy to use. No need to convert files - MediaGo takes care of it. So it's great software, but if you want to create playlists, that's another matter. You cannot use MediaGo. You must use Windows Media Player. If your songs are in the iTunes database, you need to convert them to mp3, drag them to the files folder on your computer, add them to your library using Windows Media Player, create playlists in Windows Media Player, and then drag the playlist onto your Walkman to listen to. download - time-consuming work.
